Overview

Ulbrich manufactures various materials for crystalline silicon and thin film applications.  Ulbrich utilizes CDA 110, CDA 101 and CDA 102 copper alloys, aluminum alloys and hybrids.  Ulbrich also supplies thin film substrate materials in 300 and 400 series stainless, precipitation hardening stainless steels, nickel alloys, cobalt alloys, titanium alloys and others available upon request.

PV ribbon materials represent up to 2% of the total module cost.  Your modules deserve the highest quality materials and Ulbrich delivers.  Our ribbon materials are manufactured from round wire which means burrs are non-existent.

Gauge:  0,038MM  -  .0015 Inches  -  0,020MM - 0.787 Inches

Width:  1.5MM  -  .059 Inches  -  12.7MM - .500 Inches

Gauge and Width:  +/-0.076MM  -  +/-.003 Inches
